Privacy Policy
What we collect through this website, why, and how it's handled.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how DeeAROps ("we," "us") handles information collected through www.deearops.com. DeeAROps is headquartered in Riyadh, Olaya Street, Saudi Arabia. For any question about this policy or your information, contact info@deearops.com.
What we collect
This is a static, dependency-free website with a single point of data collection: the contact form on our Contact page. When you submit that form, we collect exactly what you enter — full name, company, business email, phone number (optional), area of interest, and your message. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party advertising scripts on this site.
How your information is used
Contact-form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand what you're asking about and to have a DeeAROps specialist follow up. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How submissions reach us
Depending on how this site is deployed, your contact-form submission either (a) opens a pre-filled email to info@deearops.com for you to send from your own mail client, or (b) is transmitted directly to that same inbox via a server-side form handler. Either way, the destination is the same DeeAROps mailbox; no submission is stored in a separate database beyond normal email retention.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of the business relationship — typically no longer than normal business correspondence is kept — and delete or archive it in the ordinary course of mailbox management.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing info@deearops.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted to us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
